Transparent criteria. No fake medals.

01 · What “best” means here

Here it means a tour fits our editorial shortlist—not that it holds a purchased award seal. We weigh thrill level, scenery, family-friendliness, and how clear the live partner listing is.

02 · Tour styles we compare

• High-thrill zip: multiple cables, speed, height—confirm fitness rules live.
• Scenic bridges: walking spans and forest views—mobility matters more than weight limits.
• Combos / volcano-view: when you want both energy and landscape in one booking window.

03 · Book the pick, then confirm

Use Compare canopy tours / Book a shortlisted tour to open Viator or GetYourGuide. Confirm meeting point, inclusions, and cancellation on the listing.

04 · Sister sites

Use CanopyCostaRica for a shortlist of tours to book, and CostaRicaCanopy to work out which region and tour type fit you. Start here to find tours to book, then see CostaRicaCanopy for region planning.
